The central mission of the Katz Center is to enrich the Mexican studies community at The University of Chicago by sponsoring academic conferences, lectures, and a seminar series. These events serve to advance innovative research on Mexico and foster dialogue between faculty and practitioners from various disciplinary and professional fields.
